Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At SH Bright Shop (MILAN PAINTS & HARDWARES), we want you to love your jewelry. However, if you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Process: To request cancellation, please email us at shbrightshop@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 70193 07480.
• Refund: If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.

2. Return Policy

• Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Used jewelry or items damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Policy

• Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified of approval or rejection.
• Credit Timeline: If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).
• Refunds are typically credited within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Replacement / Exchange

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
• Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days.
• The replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
